The information I am submitting is complete and accurate and I am aware that providing false information during any of the steps of the application process will lead to the rejection of my application or termination of my employment.

I may be required to produce original documents that verify my employment history and educational qualifications.

By providing my personal data, I consent to Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZA) based in Doha, Qatar (the "Company") and /or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates to process and assess my application, sending me announcements of future job opportunities or for administrative purposes within QFZA and in particular to the processing of any sensitive personal data relating to me, including, as appropriate:

• information about my physical or mental health or condition or relating to any criminal proceedings in which I have been involved in order to take decisions as to my suitability for employment; and
• my racial or ethnic origin or religious or similar information in order to monitor QFZA compliance with equal opportunities legislation.

QFZA may make such information available to any QFZA group companies, and third parties who provide relevant products or services to QFZA (such as recruitment consultants, data processors, website hosting service providers, advisers and outsourcing service providers).

I consent to the transfer of such information to any company within QFZA and such third parties throughout the world in countries where data protection laws may not exist in order to further my employment application.

Apart from such third parties, QFZA will not trade, sell or share my personal data to any other third party, without my consent, unless required by law.
